Online therapy for women navigating anxiety & disconnection.

Some things are too heavy to carry alone. Anxiety, a life that doesn't look the way you expected, feeling disconnected from yourself. This is a place to put some of it down.

You might be noticing:

  • A life controlled by anxiety

  • Making yourself smaller but also frustrated when you don’t feel truly seen

  • Feeling overwhelmed, even when you're "handling it"

  • Overthinking is your default setting

  • Feeling disconnected from your own preferences, desires, and goals

  • People telling you that you're "too sensitive"

  • Second-guessing yourself or wondering if you're doing it wrong

  • A nagging sense that your life doesn't quite fit, but unable to name why

  • Grieving something you thought your life would be

  • Feeling like you have to be "fine" when you're not

  • A desire for something more meaningful than just getting through the week

What’s often harder to name is this:

You feel so tired and disconnected from yourself that you don’t even know how to describe what’s not working. You're anxious, overwhelmed, and caught in your own head more than you'd like to be. You're tired of trying to manage how you come across to other people. Of making yourself easier, smaller, or more palatable so other people are comfortable. Of being so used to holding back what you want or need that you no longer know what you do want.

Maybe you're living a life that doesn't look like what you were taught to expect, whether by choice, by circumstance, or some complicated mix of both. Maybe chronic illness or grief rewrote the plan. Maybe you moved abroad, or chose a different kind of life from what was expected of you, or left a path that looked right on paper.

Or maybe nothing dramatic has happened at all, and you just have a persistent sense that you've drifted from yourself, and you can't quite find the way back.

From the outside it might look brave. From the inside it can feel like a lot to carry alone.

When we work together, there’s a place to slow down, pay attention, and find your way back to yourself, and to what actually matters to you.

I'm American therapist based in Paris, licensed in Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Vermont, and New Jersey. Originally from Philly (Go Birds!), I’ve called Paris home for 4 years.

In my sessions, we follow curiosity. We pay attention to your body, your patterns, your relationships, and what you actually want, even when that's hard to name. Using evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, I guide sessions using a personalized approach incorporating existential and relational therapies, psychodynamic theory, and somatic techniques.

If you’re also someone who loves to travel and experience places deeply, download ‘Paris, Differently’, my free shortlist for deeper moments in my favorite city!
