Online Individual Therapy

Sometimes life changes faster than our understanding of ourselves does.

A move abroad. An illness. A loss. A relationship ending. A career that no longer feels like yours. A decision to build a life that looks very different from the one you expected.

Even changes you've chosen can leave you disoriented. You may know that something needs to shift without knowing what the next version of your life is supposed to look like.

Therapy can be a place to stay with that uncertainty long enough to discover what comes next.

I work with adults navigating a range of concerns including:

Overthinking, chronic worry, panic, perfectionism, difficulty relaxing, and feeling like you always need to be in control.

Chronic Illness

The emotional and practical impact of illness, changing abilities, disrupted plans, and an altered relationship with your body or future.

The particular challenges of building a life somewhere new: belonging, isolation, cultural adjustment, relationships, and the complicated experience of being both here and elsewhere.

Identity Questions

Career changes, relationships, moving abroad, questions about who you are and what you want, or simply feeling like the person you used to be doesn't quite fit anymore.

Bereavement, ambiguous loss, relationship endings, and grieving a life or future that didn't turn out as expected.

Healthcare Workers

The emotional demands of caring for others, difficult clinical experiences, boundaries, and finding a sustainable relationship with work.

Getting Started

The first step is a free 15-minute phone consultation. Here I will answer any questions you might have, and we will talk a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether working together would be a good fit.

You can schedule our call here, or if you don’t see any times that work for you, just shoot me an email and we will find something that works!

Intensives provide additional time to focus on a particular issue, transition, or area of your life that you want to explore in greater depth. They are available to existing clients and to new clients following a consultation.

For US clients, I am an out-of-network provider, and I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek reimbursement. More about that process here.

What it’s like to work with me:

My approach is first and foremost relational. I believe the relationship between us is the most important part of the work. I see it as a powerful partnership, built around understanding what's getting in your way and moving you toward a life that feels connected and reflective of what matters to you.

My approach is existential and curious. While I may incorporate more structured strategies from CBT or ACT when they're useful, I'm generally wary of approaches that try to define a person—or their problems—too neatly.

As a result, my sessions are intentionally less structured than some forms of therapy. We follow curiosity, pay attention to what emerges, and make room for the complexity of your particular situation rather than trying to fit it into a predetermined framework.

Many of my clients come to therapy unable to articulate what's wrong. They just know they don't feel good and something isn't working. That's enough to start.
