You take care of everyone else. This space is for you.
You’re the one people come to — for help, for advice, for comfort. You’re insightful, compassionate, and capable. Maybe you’re a therapist, a healthcare worker, or someone who carries a lot behind the scenes.
But lately? You’re tired. Anxious. Overextended.
And you’ve started wondering how much longer you can show up for everyone before you fall apart.
I work with people who feel deeply, think a lot, and often carry more than they let on - often in helping professions - who are burning out under the weight of responsibility. You might be navigating anxiety, grief, chronic illness, or an identity shift (more about specialty areas here). You may feel disconnected from your own needs or unsure how to keep showing up for others or your obligations without losing yourself in the process.
You don’t have to keep holding it all alone.
If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again — steadier, clearer, more supported — I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s connect or learn more about working together.
After 11 years as a medical social worker at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, I moved into full-time private practice. My passion for healthcare remains a special interest in my work—I especially enjoy supporting providers and those living with chronic illness. As a therapist, consultant, and group facilitator, I help people feel more grounded, connected, and supported when life feels overwhelming.
I am licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Washington DC, and Vermont.
